Good Conversation Can Lead To Much More

More people are out and about, warm weather and blue skies, and the summer traveling season is almost here. This is a perfect time to meet new people. Mind you, you may or may not find new love, but you’ll never know unless you try.

One of the easiest ways to meet and get to know new people is to spark up a conversation. I always encourage my clients who are single to just get out and participate in different activities. One of the reasons for this is having a chance to chat with people.

Have you ever met someone out in a coffee shop, grocery store, or the park, and had a stimulating conversation with that person? It happens. Just having a regular conversation with someone is a gift that could lead to so much more. People are getting vaccinated, the country is slowly opening back up, and the desire to connect will increase.

Keep in mind, if some real attraction takes place, don’t be afraid to ask questions that will help you find out about the other person and give him or her the indication that you are interested. Ask playful questions like, “Are you always this talkative with strangers, or is it just something about me?” This will open the door for two things.

To give him or her a chance to talk about themselves, and it will give him or her a chance to let you know if they’re interested. Having conversations with people might just lead to a great friendship. Whatever the case, don’t be afraid to use it when you’re just out and about. You might ask, “How do I do that?” The answer, “Hi. How are you? I’m so and so.” Trust me, it works.
